This girl really loves the water. Loves pools, loves baths...anything.

Misc

Julius loves blankets and pillows and making beds. This has been his favorite lately.

Adorable Dakota. She came to play with us one morning and the kids loved it. These two get so excited when they see each other. They are one day apart.

Julius thought it was fun to have another baby around. He was so cute with her. He kept giving her toys and he calls her "Yukota".

He snuck the ipad to his bed at nap time one day and I found him fast asleep with his show still playing.

Julius had his first official all night camping trip. It was our ward fathers and sons camp out. And Ken forgot to take pictures for me. Awesome. But I think Julius liked it because he was super whiny when he got home and didn't want to come inside...he still wanted to be camping.

He went to his friend Wesley's birthday party and did lots of painting.

Football's In The Air

We took the kids to the last open practice the BYU football team had. It was pretty cool.

And added bonus...we sat about 5 feet behind Jimmer. I don't generally care much about seeing high profile people...but I kind of think Jimmer's awesome. And Julius thought it was pretty cool too. Maybe I would have asked if we could take a picture with him if EVERY other kid in the crowd wasn't doing it. I just couldn't bring myself to bother him.

Julius kept saying "it's teach me how to Jimmer".

Naomi got a little tired or bored.

Then later that evening was the kick-off party for BYU athletics. I took Julius and Naomi by myself which was kind of crazy but we got a poster and stood in line to get it signed by some football players.

I didn't want to stand in the line for Jake Heaps, the quarterback. It was way too long for me but we took a picture.

This was the only activity Julius was interested in. He REALLY wanted to do the football throw.

What A Good Baby!

We went to Ikea the other day...which is never a short trip. Naomi wins baby of the year. She is so happy all the time. She started getting tired because it was past bed time and all we had to do was put a couple of pillows in the shopping cart and she was out.

Grace had her 50th Birthday!

I made carrot cake. Yum.

Naomi had a little cake before her first birthday...although I think she looks like she could be at least one already!

Her second tooth has been coming in and she been feverish for a couple of days. The plus side is she got a little helmet break because of the fever.

{Her head is looking awesome by the way. The doctor thinks she only has another month left in the helmet anyway! Yay!}

Naomi's Baby Blanket

While I was pregnant with Naomi I found some fabrics I really wanted to make a blanket with. Unfortunately I didn't get it done before she was born or any time right after she was born. But I finally finished it too! (While my mom was here of course!)

I just love it. It turned out exactly how I wanted it too! Yay! Especially since I'm not much of a seamstress.

She really does love her blanket. She likes to rub the silky edge with her fingers which is funny because Julius has always done that with his baby blanket...ever since he was tiny. And when she sees it she likes to lay her head on it. Yay for baby blankets!
