Soccer

Julius has started kicking the soccer ball around. {we see talent} Ken was especially proud.

This fall I played in a soccer league in Spanish Fork.
I hadn't touched a soccer ball in at least 5 years {since BYU intramural days}
I'm sure it showed.
But it was so much fun.

I feel silly even saying I play soccer with Ken around.
He's so good.
He played some this fall and I think he's finally starting to miss BYU soccer just a little.

BYU Alumni Game

Ken played in the alumni game at BYU this month.
They played UVU this year.
He had more fun then the last couple years because he's been working out and in much better shape.
{He played great}

I ran stadiums during the whole game.
Because that's what Julius wanted to do.

Fall in Provo

I love fall in Provo. It's my favorite. {and October is the perfect fall month} I love football {especially BYU}. I love the weather. I love the mountains. I love fall clothes. {I wish I could shop more} I love colorful leaves. It's all just so perfect isn't it?

I love little corduroy pants.

I think I went on more walks this fall than ever before. Julius loved them too. {he especially liked all of the pumpkins on the porches} Here are some pictures of our beautiful fall strolls through the streets of Provo.

Ken's 29th Birthday

Ken and I started dating right before he played his last season of soccer for BYU. Between Ken getting injured during that season and our breakup {so sad} I didn't get to fully enjoy Ken and soccer. I only had two really bad pictures and I don't think Ken took any pictures in the 4 years that he played. Fortunately, he was an incredible player {I will brag for him because he never would} and the BYU photographers took tons of pictures of him.

I got a copy of this picture for him and framed it for his birthday. I thought it would be more for me than for him since he's not very nostalgic or sentimental, doesn't really like pictures and hasn't missed soccer much. {sounds like the worst gift I could pick for him!} But he actually thought it was really cool.

Yum

Just look at this place. So cute.
As is my sister and niece.

Flour Girls and Dough Boys {in American Fork}
I love everything about it...especially the turkey, cranberry and brie sandwich.
{and the chocolate chip cookie}
Yum.
