Rock Canyon Park

I think this is a hidden treasure of Provo! Seriously. It is so fun.

I never knew about it until this year when my friend Carley invited me to go.

For as long as there is snow melting in the mountains there is a little waterfall and river that flow right through Rock Canyon Park.

The water is freezing but the kids love it. It's flowing fast enough to ride floats down and it's only about a foot deep.

We set up umbrellas and take snacks.

There's also an entire field to play in.

We love it.

Some college kids made a huge slip and slide down the hill and into the water...this was Julius' reaction every time they hit the water.

Too cute.

Julius is such a little character these days...
